Shannon's photography degree is in commercial photography and advertising. Although she enjoys working on many different kinds of projects from architectural to large product shoots, she specializes in jewelry photography and has worked with many prominent jewelry artisans.
Shannon has been working on a parenting art photo series for many years, trying to collect images of families from all different nationalities, religions and backgrounds that she hopes to publish in a book someday. When taking family portraits she prefers a natural setting over posed "cheese" pictures.
Shannon's commercial and portrait abilities come together to produce beautiful model portfolios. She works with children of all ages, men and women models.
Shannon has been shooting weddings and events for over 20 years. She loves the feeling of capturing once in a lifetime moments and thoroughly enjoys taking candid pictures, catching people at their best.
